Ingredients:
- Salmon fish red caviar – 200 g
- Baskets (tartlets) – 10 pcs
- Butter – 30g
- Cucumber – 1 pcs
- Sushi rice – 50 g
- Sushi vinegar – 10 ml

Step 1
Before cooking, soak the rice in warm water for half an hour, then rinse well.

Pour water in a ratio of 1:1, cook in a pot for 15 minutes with a tightly closed lid, let stand for 10 minutes and season with sushi vinegar.

Put butter in the baskets (tartlets), put caviar on top.

Cut the cucumber lengthwise with a slicer, into thin strips or with a vegetable peeler.

Make rice balls. Wrap each ball with a cucumber strip. Place red caviar on top.
